Gotta Dance! Summer Sessions

Gotta Dance! Summer Session begin on July 8th and run through August 31st. Register by Memorial Day and get a 10% discount off your summer tuition!

New this year: Try our new Super Saturday Summer Classes, Lyrical/Ribbon and Jazz/Baton with Dawn! 

We offer group classes and solos, including break dancing, hip hop, lyrical, jazz, ballet, and tap. Got an active toddler who loves music?  We offer Creative Movement Classes for our youngest students.

If you would like to do a solo, duet, or trio in our holiday show, register for your summer private lessons so that you will be ready to perform in December!

Boot Camp Returns - Work that Body!

Miss Jessica is teaching our intensive Boot Camp on Monday from 8-9 pm, Tuesday from 8:30-9:30 pm, and Saturday morning from 10:30-11:30 am. Shorts season is just around the corne, try a Boot Camp session for only $5 this month!

Get fit for Summer with Hannah! Our Zumba® Workout is a great way to tone muscles, improve your stamina, and burn off extra calories. Beat the winter blues and join us on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm, Thursdays from 7:45-8:45 pm, and Saturdays from 9-10 am - first class is FREE!

Save the Date: Taste of Syracuse Performances

Gottta Dance! will again perform at the Taste of Syracuse on June 7th and 8th.

Costumes are Coming!

It's time to pay off any remaining costume balances before they arrive! Once they do, students will try on each of their costumes at the studio. Costumes will be sent home in May. Costumes must be paid in full before dancers receive them.

Once costumes are sent home, they become your responsibility. Please keep all accessories and costumes together so that your dancer is ready to perform.

Your child will also need to order the type and color of tights indicated by his or her dance teacher. All performers in the show will wear pink leather ballet shoes and tan tap shoes, unless unotherwise specified by the instructor.

Gotta Dance! Class Photos

Dayger Photography will again take class and solo pictures during Dress Rehearsals of our June Recital. Please make sure your dancer arrives in full make-up and hair, with all costumes, accessories, tights, and shoes.

Picture packages and customized novelty items featuring your dancer's photo, such as dance bag tags and trading cards, are available for purchase through Dayger Photography. You can complete an order form available at the studio to get your pictures first. Payment is due when orders are placed.

Pictures will be delivered to the studio, and we will call you as soon as they arrive. We are anticipating that pictures that are preordered will be available for pick up right around the July 8th, when our summer classes start.

Following the shoot, class photos will also be posted on DaygerPhotography.com for family and friends looking to place additional orders. Click "Find my Pictures", then go to Gotta Dance! Performing Arts Studio.

Buy Advance Sale Tickets Today & Save!

Advance Sale Tickets for our June Recital will be available for purchase at the studio through June 13th! Save $1 off general admission per adult ticket and take them home the same day. Gotta Dance! Performing Arts Studio is not responsible for lost tickets, so please remember to bring them to the performance.

June Recital Information Update

There will be two shows for our annual recital this year, on June 15, 2013, at Henninger High School. The first show will begin at 2:30 pm and will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. The second show will run from 6:00-7:45 pm.

Dress Rehearsals will be at Henninger High School on Wednesday, June 12 and Thursday, June 13 from 4:30-8:00 pm. Click here for directions.

Check out your child's times and order of numbers for both Wednesday and Thursday Dress Rehearsal Schedules are posted on our Facebook page. Please arrive 10 minutes before your child's assigned time for rehearsal and make sure your child brings the appropriate dance shoes, all costumes, and accessories.

Tickets for the 2:30 and 6:00 shows go on sale at the end of May.

Gotta Dance! DVDs of the recital shows will again be produced by Jason Maurer. Order forms will be available from Maurer Production Company in May. You must pre-purchase your video by completing the order form and submitting it with payment made payable to Maurer Production Co. Please print your name, address, phone number, child's name, and class time carefully to ensure that there are no delays in processing your order. All payments and order forms must be mailed together to the videographer. We anticipate that DVDs will be ready 3-4 weeks following the recital, due to the July 4th holiday. Late orders will be processed after the pre-orders, and will have a later pick-up date. We will call you as soon as the DVDs come in.
